Yes I know some people who have been housebound and yet able to minister to others worldwide through the internet. Similar to fatigue, the weariness of illness can open doors to depression (a major joy-thief). I've known people who have turned long-term illness into an intercessory prayer battlefield which most likely restored quite a bit of joy to their hearts as they were able to see the bigger picture. And that makes another way to combat the lows: praying for others :)Brookenoreply@blogger.com
